Attention parents of student athletes in grades 7-12. Below you will find information from trainer Bob Cunningham regarding free sports physicals being offered through Ohio Health. The date for the clinic being offered in Marion is June 1 which will be here before you know it. Please use the QR code on the attached form to sign up for an appointment. You are also welcome to attend any of the other locations. The 2023-2024 OHSAA Physical Form is also attached.
