Last week some of our mathematicians took part in the 10th Annual OSUMTC Marion Mathematics Competition. We took 31 students and performed well. Pleasant took first in the team competition with a team made up of Josiah Kramp, Matt Murphy, Niluh Squires, Brady Werling, Jayse Kitts, and Oliver Schmeltzer.
Individually four Spartans placed. Josiah Kramp was first in the 8th grade and Matt Murphy was third. In the 7th grade, Jayse Kitts took home third place. Oliver Schmelzer was third in the 6th grade.
