Contractors continue working on their punch lists, finish painting and touch-up continues throughout,
Final cleaning continues throughout as areas ae readied for final State inspections and owner occupancy. Temporary occupancy permits are in place for all areas. The plumbing inspection is completed and approved. Final State Structural, mechanical, and electrical inspection is scheduled for the week of 8/15. Installation of epoxy flooring in Area F is complete. Final sealer is being installed on the Gym floor. Work on exterior seeding and landscaping continues and is nearly complete. Owner continues to move in and set up classrooms. Furniture assembly and placement continues in all areas.
Exterior sidewalks continue to be cleaned and then sealed. Mechanical work continues with air balance and punch list. Electrical trades continue with final connections throughout as well as punch list items. Final data connections are being made. The owner is receiving various trainings on equipment and systems.
