Exterior brick veneer installation finished this week. Installation of interior non-load bearing masonry walls and drywall systems continues along with block-fill and drywall prime painting. Site clean-up and removal of scaffolding continues. Installation of metal gutters and downspouts continues as well as below grade storm piping to catch basins and yard drains. Installation of exterior sealants continues as weather permits. Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Electrical contractors continue with rough-in in all areas coordinating with the interior masonry work as it progresses.
