College Visit Days & Form
All juniors and seniors are allowed to use two college days per school year. A college request form must be obtained, signed and returned to the office at least ONE day prior to the college visit. A form can be obtained from the main office, guidance office or click here.

Career Visit Days & Form
In order to encourage career exploration and development, all freshmen and sophomores are allowed to use two career visit days per school year. A career visit day form must be obtained, signed, and returned to the office at least ONE day prior to the career visit. A second part of the form, a reflection piece, must be completed and returned within a week of the career visit.
