Our Step Up To Quality 5-Star rated program is aligned to the Early Learning and Developmental Standards adopted by the State Board of Education.
Achieving a Step Up To Quality Five-Star rating means that our program that has demonstrated:
• Lower staff/child ratios
• The educational staff have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and many years’ experience working with young children.
• The administrator and teachers complete more than 20 hours of specialized training every two years.
• Teachers develop lesson plans that support each child’s growth.
• The staff completes assessments to evaluate and improve the learning experience.
• Parental involvement is encouraged

Participate in language-rich activities that encourage the use and development of all forms of communication.
Learn in an environment that is ordered and structured yet gives appropriate amounts of freedom and choice.
Work in a classroom built around activity-based learning centers.
